Our certifications.
Four approvals cover what we make: two ISI marks, ARAI for vehicles, and E57 for export. Documents go out with the quote if you need them for a tender or an audit.
ISI Mark, IS 2553 Part 1
IS 2553 Part 1 is the Indian Standard for safety glass in general use, which covers appliance panels, oven doors and hob tops. It sets the impact resistance, edge quality and optical clarity we are held to.
ISI Mark, IS 2553 Part 2
IS 2553 Part 2 is the vehicle version of the same standard. It covers fragmentation, optical distortion and impact testing for glass fitted to road vehicles.
ARAI Certification
ARAI is the approval body under the Ministry of Heavy Industries. Its certification is what makes our glass legal to fit on vehicles built or sold in India, under the Central Motor Vehicles Rules.
E57 Mark, global certification
Granted under UNECE Regulation 43. It is the mark export customers in Europe and Asia ask for.
Full visual inspection
Every finished panel is checked for optical distortion, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy before dispatch.
Incoming QC
Raw float batches are inspected for flatness, clarity, and surface defects before they enter production.
4–5× stronger
Compressive surface stress from rapid cooling makes our toughened glass several times stronger than float.
In-house testing lab
Fragmentation, impact, optical distortion and dimensional checks are run here, on our own instruments, instead of being sent out to a third party.
