Machines & technology.

Six machines from Finland, Italy, China and India, including three toughening furnaces that run at the same time across flat, curved and vertical work.

Luoyang Lever Industry Co., Ltd · China · flagship

Lever glass toughening furnace, C-Bend and 4-Bend

This furnace produces both C-Bend and 4-Bend curved sections without a second setup, which is unusual for a plant of our size. Radius control is tight enough to keep optical distortion inside the automotive limit.

TampGlass · Finland

Flat glass toughening furnace

Finnish flat-glass tempering. Even heat across the bed means the temper is the same at the edge of a panel as it is in the middle.

Made in India

Vertical glass furnace

Built for heavy commercial vehicle glazing: truck glass for Eicher, Tata and Mahindra, and large-format door and back glass for Volvo buses. ARAI and CMVR compliant.

HSD Tech · China

Ceramic glass printing machine

A fully automatic conveyor printing machine with an inline dryer. Patterns, textures, frosted designs and branding are fired into the surface, so they do not fade or wear off.

Intermac Biesse · Italy

CNC glass machining centre

An Italian CNC workcentre for cutting, drilling, milling and shaping. Complex profiles, cutouts and bevels to drawing.

Biesse Mater 23 · Italy

Edge polishing machine

The Biesse Mater 23 polishes edges to a mirror finish, which is what appliance and automotive panels need before they are fitted.

How we work

The manufacturing process.

Six controlled stages take raw float glass to a certified, dispatched panel.

01

Raw glass sourcing & inspection

High-quality float glass is procured from Saint-Gobain, Gold Plus, or AIS. Each batch undergoes incoming inspection for flatness, optical clarity, and surface defects before entering production.

02

Cutting & CNC shaping

Glass is cut to precise dimensions on automated cutting lines. Complex profiles, holes, cutouts, and custom shapes are processed on our Intermac Biesse CNC workcentre with micron-level accuracy.

03

Edge grinding & polishing

Every edge is ground and polished on the Biesse Mater 23, so the panel is safe to handle and ready for assembly.

04

Ceramic printing, if required

For patterned or printed glass, our fully automatic conveyor ceramic printing machine with dryer applies high-resolution designs using inorganic ceramic inks that are permanently fused into the glass during toughening.

05

Toughening / tempering

Panels go into whichever furnace suits the job: Lever for curved, TampGlass for flat, vertical for oversized. They are heated to about 650 °C and cooled fast, which puts the surface into compression and leaves the glass 4–5× stronger than float.

06

Quality inspection & dispatch

Every finished panel undergoes visual inspection for optical distortion, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy, backed by our in-house testing lab and its full set of quality equipment, before being packed and dispatched to customers across India.
