Skyblue Toughened LLP processes glass in Himatnagar, Sabarkantha, Gujarat. We toughen glass for two markets: vehicle glazing and home appliance panels.
The machines are imported, the float comes from Saint-Gobain, Gold Plus and AIS, and every panel is measured before it goes out. That is most of what determines clarity, strength and dimensional accuracy.
The plant runs flat and curved glass toughening furnaces, CNC cutting and shaping machines, and ceramic printing units. There is also an in-house testing laboratory with the equipment our standards call for, so batches are verified here rather than sent out.
A 3.2 mm fridge shelf and an 8 mm hob top go through the same checks before dispatch.

Raw float from the world's best makers, inspected for flatness, optical clarity, and surface defects before it enters production.
Strength
Heated to about 650 °C, then cooled fast. The compressive surface stress that leaves behind is what makes toughened glass 4–5× stronger than float.

Micron-level CNC accuracy, mirror-finish edges, and dimensional inspection on every panel before dispatch.
